Canada’s NDP – 2026 Leadership Convention

Convention Information

The NDP will select its next leader at the Winnipeg Convention being held from March 27-29, 2026. Our Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound NDP Riding Association can send up to 3 delegates to the convention; and those delegates will be chosen at a General Membership Meeting in January. We will also be deciding on any policy resolutions that we may be submitting from our Riding Association and discussing support or opposition to policy resolutions from other Riding Associations that are seeking support from us.

NDP Leadership RACE 2026

Every NDP member in good standing as of 28 January 2026 will be able to vote for the leadership candidates through a ranked-ballot choice.

Policy Resolutions

As policy resolutions are proposed from our local membership, we will post them here so that they can be discussed at our General Membership Meeting. We will also post any resolutions that other riding associations ask us to support.
